Course Description
The course covers a broad range of hardware and software technologies, but is not limited to any vendor-specific products. It also covers core hardware and operating system fundamentals as well as different network operating standards. A+ certification is the answer for up-to-date IT skills.

Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Install, configure and upgrade various hardware and software configurations
• Provide preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot
• Understand operating system fundamentals and basic networking

Intended Audience

A+ certification is a CompTIA sponsored testing program that certifies the competency of entry-level (6-month experience) computer service technicians.
