Description
This course teaches students how to
use GoldMine sales and marketing support software
to collect and centralize all related information
flowing through an organization. The emphasis of the
program is to provide hands-on training for the customized
use of this highly effective sales and marketing support
software.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be
able to understand:
- Customizing GoldMine using the Preferences
folder
- Using the Opportunity / Project Manager and
InfoCenter
- Scheduling and completing phone calls, appointments
and follow-up actions
- Creating and activating a customized reports
and various other features.
